RESEARCH USE CASE. Altss supports M&A and corporate-development research through company, ownership, transaction, people and relationship intelligence. It is not an M&A transaction-execution, valuation-comps, virtual-data-room or transaction-management platform.
Origination research
RESEARCH USE CASE. Full Market Intelligence supports company discovery, ownership research, transaction context, target identification, co-investor research and market mapping. A dedicated Origination workflow is not offered as a live public product.
Institutional buyer research
RESEARCH USE CASE. Altss intelligence supports research and prioritization of private-markets companies, institutional buyers and relevant decision-makers. Revenue is a public configuration destination for those shared capabilities. A separate autonomous Revenue OS is not offered as a live product.
Access and responsibility
Standard subscription intelligence is used in-platform. No public raw-data API, unrestricted bulk export, data feed or graph-replication access is offered. Public factual pages and their Markdown equivalents may be read and cited. Agents accepts scoped requests for bounded paid results through manual commercial review; no automated external task transport is live.
Altss is not a placement agent, broker-dealer, finder, solicitor or capital introducer. Altss does not negotiate transactions or receive transaction-based compensation. Customers control their outreach and relationships.
