## Keep the investor and the conversation together.

Match your fund against investors criterion by criterion, see what the evidence supports and what it does not, then keep the meeting context and the next follow-up with the investor record.

## For private-fund fundraising and investor relations

Keep investor research, conversations and next tasks together. Capital gives fund managers, solo GPs and investor-relations teams one place to prepare each follow-up.

Capital is designed for private-market investor relationships, rather than nonprofit donor management or family-office accounting. Your team owns the relationship and the fundraising process.

## Identify allocators

### Research and prioritize

Understand the investor’s organization, investment focus and relevant activity within your selected Intelligence coverage.

### Manage the investor pipeline

Organize targets by pipeline stage, retain meeting notes and keep the next task with the investor record.

### Prepare and review outreach

Prepare AI-assisted drafts and sequenced follow-ups using the relationship context. Your team reviews and authorizes outreach.

## Accelerate Your Fundraising Cycle

Spend less time reconstructing the conversation. Keep the investor’s research, meeting context and next task together so your team can prepare a relevant follow-up. Fundraising outcomes still depend on your team and the investor.

## Build Lasting LP Relationships

See the context around a relationship: a prior meeting, a co-investment, an ownership link or a team connection. Retain the relevant source and interaction notes as the conversation develops.

A connection can help your team decide whom to approach. Altss does not make investor introductions or guarantee investment interest.

## Transparent Intelligence

Read the available source evidence alongside your team’s meeting context. Keep public investment activity separate from private conversations, and check the date relevant to each fact.

A page edit does not reverify an entity. Check the source and verification dates; missing dates remain unknown.

### Is Capital the same as Fundraising OS?

Capital is the public family for fundraising and investor-relations workflows. Altss Fundraising OS is sold in Family Office, Global and Full Market configurations around the corresponding Intelligence coverage.

### Can I use Intelligence without the investor CRM?

Yes. Intelligence plans provide research and discovery. Choose a Fundraising OS configuration when you need the native investor CRM and related fundraising workflows.

### Does Altss replace Salesforce or HubSpot?

Altss is not a general-purpose CRM company. Altss Fundraising OS includes a native investor CRM and pipeline; Intelligence plans provide the research layer. Standard subscriptions do not include external CRM sync.

### Can Altss send outreach for me?

Fundraising OS supports AI-assisted outreach and sequenced follow-ups under customer review and authorization. Altss does not independently solicit investors on behalf of customers or provide a bulk email-blasting service.

### Does Altss raise capital or introduce investors?

Altss is not a placement agent, broker-dealer, finder, solicitor or capital introducer. Altss does not negotiate transactions or receive transaction-based compensation. Customers control their outreach and relationships.

### Can I request a configuration without a demo?

Yes. Send the configuration request directly. The team reviews scope and terms before agreement, payment and activation. A demo is an optional way to evaluate the workflow.
