The Alpha Bank Numismatic Collection is a non-profit cultural foundation maintained by the bank. It holds one of the world's largest private collections of ancient Greek coins and operates a museum in Athens. The foundation is legally separate from the banking entity and does not influence investment decisions.

Alpha Bank has historically co-invested alongside European Union structural funds and Greek development banks in real estate and renewable-energy projects. It has not publicly marketed a formal co-investment program for third-party institutional investors, suggesting it acts primarily as a principal, not a syndicator.

Alpha Bank focuses on mid-market direct lending and project finance rather than early-stage venture investing. In real estate, it targets stabilized income-producing assets and development projects with pre-leased commitments, primarily in Greece and Cyprus.
