Americana Partners was established in 2019 by Jason Fertitta together with other former Morgan Stanley private-wealth advisers. The firm operates as a multi-family office serving U.S. and Latin American ultra-high-net-worth families. It supplies integrated planning, investment management and access to traditional and alternative assets. The firm allocates across private equity, direct co-investments and SPVs, fund-of-funds vehicles, commodities and philanthropic structures. Geographic reach covers North America, South America and Asia. Confirmed holdings and partnerships include positions in Bitcoin ETFs, RCG Longview real-estate vehicles and the Americana-SG Credit Fund II. Deployment occurs through both primary fund commitments and co-investments alongside external managers. The firm employs an internal team that includes a Chief Investment Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and multiple Managing Directors. Additional offices operate in Beverly Hills and St. Thomas. In September 2024 Bobby Stillwell was promoted to CFO while retaining client-facing responsibilities; Lovell Minnick Partners announced a majority-stake investment the following month. Adjacent relationships include membership on the Addepar Client Advisory Board and the Dynasty Technology Advisory Board. Ownership remains primarily with founder Jason Fertitta, with Lovell Minnick Partners now holding a controlling interest. This structure separates the core family-office mandate from the strategic investor’s growth objectives while preserving client-advisory independence.
