Analog Capital was established in 2013 by Jim Quismorio, Ashish Shastry, Nitin Suri and Kaspar Hidayat. Its capital originates from successful Southeast Asian technology and consumer-internet founders. The firm provides investment management alongside advisory services focused on strategic allocation and governance. Deployment spans venture capital, growth equity, hedge funds, infrastructure and real estate. Analog Ventures leads seed rounds as the first institutional investor in concentrated portfolios. Confirmed holdings include positions in US commercial real estate securities and Singapore mixed-use properties. Geographic reach centers on Asia with additional exposure to the United States. The firm also maintains digital asset and precious metals allocations. The team comprises four named partners. Ashish Shastry previously served as Partner and Co-Head of Private Equity for KKR Asia Pacific. Predecessor entity Alto Partners Pte Ltd holds the licensed fund manager role. Ashish Shastry maintains active membership in YPO and TiE and serves on the advisory board of the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies. Partners participate as speakers through the Singapore Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. The firm separates its multi-family office mandate from the Analog Ventures seed fund.
