Anglicare Sydney was founded in 2016 under the oversight of the Anglican Church Diocese of Sydney. Simon Miller serves as CEO after prior roles at Boston Consulting Group. The foundation generates revenue from government funding, donations, and fees for aged care and community programs. The firm maintains a portfolio of retirement villages and aged care homes concentrated in New South Wales. Holdings include Castle Hill Villages Campus, The Terraces in Paddington, Woolooware Shores, Gordon Quarter, and The Ponds Village.
