## Questions

### Does the firm invest solely in equity, or does it also hold tokens?

No public documents define the firm's instrument preference. In the crypto venture landscape, ecosystem funds often hold liquid protocol tokens and Simple Agreements for Future Tokens (SAFTs) alongside traditional equity. Arweave SCP Ventures has not confirmed which combination of these instruments it uses.

### How is Arweave SCP Ventures related to the Arweave protocol's founding team?

The nature of the relationship between Arweave SCP Ventures and the Arweave protocol's core developers or founders has not been publicly defined. For comparable protocol-affiliated funds, the connection can range from formal treasury-managed vehicles to independent funds operated by former core team members under a shared brand. No documentation clarifies where on this spectrum the firm sits.

### Who runs investment decisions at Arweave SCP Ventures?

No General Partner, Managing Partner, or Investment Committee member has been publicly identified. The absence of named decision-makers is a meaningful due diligence consideration for institutional allocators, as track record attribution and team stability cannot currently be assessed from public sources.
