## Questions

### What stage of companies does August Venture Partners invest in?

The firm invests across the venture lifecycle, from seed and start-up stages through to expansion and late-stage rounds. This multi-stage approach allows it to continue supporting portfolio companies as they scale, a common posture among Korean VCs that aim to maintain equity positions well beyond the initial check.

### How does the South Korean venture market shape August Venture Partners' investment approach?

South Korea's venture market is characterized by high mobile and broadband penetration, a technically trained workforce, and government co-investment programs that match private capital. A domestic firm like August Venture Partners is positioned to access deal flow through local university networks, chaebol corporate venture units, and state-backed accelerators—channels that are often less accessible to foreign funds.

### Where is August Venture Partners headquartered?

The firm is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, and operates primarily within the domestic Korean market. As of the latest available records, no additional international offices have been established.
