BCF Ventures is a spin-off of BCF Business Law Firm and one of the first corporate venture capital funds launched by a law firm. Launched on June 1st, 2018, it invests at the Series A and Series B stage of technology-based startups, mostly in Canada, the United States, and Israel, and opportunistically in Europe. The fund benefits from the expertise and resources of the law firm and invests jointly with other funds across North America and Europe. It is also a designated organization authorized by the Government of Canada under the Start-Up Visa Program.
