## Questions

### Who runs investment decisions at Bedua Partners?

Frederick Tuyee Yeboah is the Co-Founder and Partner. His concurrent roles at several affiliated entities — Quick Holdings, Peak Investment Capital, Franklin Alliance — suggest he serves as the central investment decision-maker across a network of related vehicles rather than within a single committee-governed firm.

### What sectors does Bedua Partners target?

Portfolio exposure spans financial inclusion through OYA Microcredit Group, consumer goods via Pinkberry Ghana and Dough Man Foods, and education through an advisory relationship with JACCD Design Institute Africa. Peak Investment Capital, where Yeboah is a Partner, targets growth equity for African businesses more broadly.

### Where does Bedua Partners deploy capital geographically?

The firm's known portfolio companies and advisory relationships are concentrated in Ghana, with Peak Investment Capital's growth-equity mandate extending to the wider West African region. The Delaware headquarters does not itself indicate US portfolio activity.
