## About

Black Alpha Capital is a Cayman Islands-regulated investment fund founded in late 2022 and headquartered in Prague, Czechia, operating at the intersection of traditional and crypto markets. The firm pursues balanced strategies for sustainable returns across three core areas: Crypto, Stocks, and Yield. Its Crypto strategy targets high-growth, undervalued digital assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and select altcoins, using a data-driven approach that analyzes market structure, sentiment, and macroeconomic trends to capitalize on crypto market cycles. Its equities strategy focuses on undervalued, high-quality companies with sustainable growth potential, strong fundamentals, solid cash flows, and macroeconomic resilience, balancing long-term positions with strategic short-term opportunities. Its yield-bearing strategy generates stable returns by allocating capital to DeFi protocols, real-world asset (RWA) yield products, and other structured yield opportunities, deployed selectively during periods of heightened market risk and volatility. The firm's risk management framework incorporates proprietary risk-scoring models, rigorous due diligence, and continuous monitoring of market conditions. Major portfolio holdings include BTC, ETH, SOL, Nvidia, Coinbase, and Chainlink. The firm also maintains an Early Stage focus, consistent with its interest in early-stage Web3 projects.
