This permanent-capital structure means the firm does not face fund-life constraints on its holding periods and does not publicly report assets under management or fund closes.

The firm targets a wide range of equity investment stages from early-stage venture and seed through growth capital, expansion, and pre-IPO rounds. Its dual mandate allows it to hold positions from company formation through public listing preparation, supported by the sponsor banks' underwriting capabilities.

Based on its parent institutions' stated priorities, the firm concentrates on consumer, industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, and next-generation information technology. These align with Zhejiang Province's industrial policy objectives, where both sponsor institutions have significant market presence and deal-sourcing advantages.

The firm's investment activity is concentrated in China's Yangtze River Delta region, particularly within Zhejiang Province and the cities of Hangzhou, Ningbo, and Shanghai. This regional focus leverages Zheshang Securities' domestic network and Bank of China's corporate banking relationships across one of China's most economically developed corridors.
