## About

Breakform Ventures operates as a fund-of-funds manager, a structure that sources and vets venture capital managers on behalf of its institutional clients. The firm's base in Newport Beach places it in Southern California's growing venture ecosystem. By aggregating LP capital into a single vehicle, the firm seeks to offer diversified exposure to the venture asset class. The firm's investment strategy centers on selecting venture capital managers across sectors and stages. It may allocate to early-stage, growth-stage, or generalist VC funds. No named portfolio companies or co-investments have been publicly disclosed. Team size and total assets under management are not publicly available. The firm does not maintain an active public website or LinkedIn presence, making operational details difficult to verify. No recent activity — such as a fund close or personnel move — has been reported in the last 24 months. The firm's structural differentiator is its fund-of-funds model itself, which provides access to a curated selection of venture capital managers that would otherwise require separate due diligence and relationships. The firm's governance and succession plans are not disclosed.
