## Questions

### Who controls investment decisions at Broadway Video Ventures?

Decision-making authority sits directly with Lorne Michaels and the senior leadership of Broadway Video. The firm does not operate an independent investment committee with external members, functioning instead as an embedded allocation vehicle within the founder's broader media holding structure.

### Does Broadway Video Ventures raise outside capital?

No. The firm deploys proprietary capital sourced from the broader Broadway Video enterprise. It does not accept third-party limited partners or manage commingled funds, insulating it from external redemption and fundraising pressures.

### What investment stages does Broadway Video Ventures target?

The firm makes direct equity investments across early-stage, expansion-stage, and late-stage growth rounds. It is opportunistic within those stages, prioritizing deals where the parent company's production and distribution network can materially accelerate a portfolio company's trajectory.
