Corient is a multi-family office headquartered in Miami. Tracing its roots to a predecessor firm established in 1985 and now backed by Toronto-based CI Financial Corp., it advises roughly $190 billion for high- and ultra-high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs and institutions. The firm integrates investment management, financial planning, tax, trust and estate capabilities, giving clients access to public markets, private equity, hedge funds and real estate via an open-architecture platform.
