Deal flow originates primarily through Eksim Holding's operational needs. Portfolio companies are identified based on their ability to solve technical problems within the parent group's renewable energy generation, electricity distribution, or food production subsidiaries. The firm also runs the Eksim Pulse program, which invites external entrepreneurs to propose solutions aligned with the holding's industrial roadmap.

Eksim Ventures is the dedicated venture capital arm of Eksim Holding, a diversified Turkish industrial group with operations in renewable energy, flour milling, and regulated electricity distribution. The venture unit invests in early-stage companies whose technologies can be deployed inside the parent group's infrastructure, making the holding both a limited partner and the primary commercial pathway for portfolio companies.

Portfolio companies receive access to pilot programs across Eksim Holding's subsidiaries. For example, a smart grid startup can trial its technology on Dicle Elektrik's distribution network, which serves 4.5 million consumers across six provinces. Successful pilots can then scale across the holding's other energy assets or industrial operations.

All publicly known portfolio companies are Turkish-founded. Eksun Gıda, the holding's food subsidiary, exports to over 30 countries, providing an eventual export channel for scaled technologies. The firm has not disclosed any direct investment in companies headquartered abroad as of early 2025.
