## Questions

### Who runs investment decisions at Ernst Russ?

The firm has not identified named investment principals on its public website, which presents the group primarily as an operating ship owner. Given its structure as a publicly listed German AG, investment decisions are managed by an executive board under the oversight of a supervisory board. Direct sourcing of management names requires annual report review.

### What geographic exposure does the fleet have?

As a ship owner with container and multipurpose tonnage, the fleet operates globally, serving major trade routes. The firm does not publish a country-by-country P&L breakdown, but container and bulker markets inherently give exposure to Europe–Asia corridors, trans-Pacific lanes, and intra-regional trade flows where its charterers deploy the vessels.
