General Information

i3 Resources is a multi-family office headquartered in Lexington, United States. Founded in 2007, the firm grew out of principal Kevin Heaton’s experience stewarding capital for his own family’s third-generation manufacturing enterprise established in 1955 and later for his wife’s business. i3 Resources integrates family governance, private asset management, reporting and a direct investment platform to help entrepreneurial families preserve wealth and navigate multi-generational transitions.
