The Jaggi Family Office was established in 2011 in Tucson to oversee the private-market portfolio built by G.S. Jaggi. Jaggi accumulated the underlying wealth through mortgage banking and a series of technology exits before formalizing the family office structure. Iridius Capital, launched the same year, functions as the real estate arm and has acquired or developed more than $3 billion across build-to-rent, commercial and mixed-use assets. Singularity Capital serves as the venture arm and closed investments in more than sixty companies during 2023. The office executes through direct co-investments and SPVs, maintains exposure to PropTech, FinTech and ClimateTech, and holds positions in both North America and selected markets in Asia and the Middle East. Confirmed holdings include NexMetro Communities and MOZAIQ. The operating team includes Reema S. Jaggi as Principal and Brett Rentmeester as Chief Investment Officer. Jaggi also participates in Tiger 21 and YPO. The family maintains the Jaggi Family Foundation for philanthropic activity. No material operational announcements have surfaced in the last twenty-four months. The office differs from typical single-family offices through its parallel captive platforms that combine real-estate scale with active venture board involvement, allowing the same principals to source, underwrite and govern both asset classes without external fund commitments.
