Jian Xue now leads the group as Chairman, steering a portfolio that reflects the consumption patterns of China's lower-Yangtze middle class. The group's wealth is rooted in Nantong's retail and real estate development, though the family does not publicly discuss its precise origins. The group operates across four core asset classes: commercial real estate, hospitality, residential development, and industrial investment. Its flagship Wenfeng City Plaza anchors Nantong's retail corridor, while Wenfeng Hotel serves the city's business travelers. Wenfeng Riverside Garden represents the residential arm. The group also controls a network of auto dealerships, giving it exposure to China's vehicle replacement cycle. All known assets remain concentrated in Nantong and adjacent Jiangsu province.
