The company controls Keio Plaza Hotel Co., Ltd. at 100 percent and Keio Dentetsu Bus Co., Ltd. at 100 percent. Its real-estate arm, Keio Realty & Development Co., Ltd., holds direct positions in mixed-use sites and residential developments in Tokyo. Deployment spans rail infrastructure, commercial real estate, hospitality and early-stage venture capital. Confirmed holdings include Keio Plaza Hotel Shinjuku, Keio Department Store Shinjuku and a joint-venture redevelopment site with Nomura Real Estate.
