KSR Ventures

Katrina Razon founded and runs KSR Ventures. She is the daughter of Enrique K. Razon Jr., the chairman and CEO of ICTSI — one of the world's largest container-terminal operators — and Bloomberry Resorts, which owns Solaire Resort & Casino in Manila. Her investment activities are conducted independently of her father's operating businesses.

The firm does not publish a formal strategy document, but observable activity spans three areas: early-stage climate-tech venture investing, experiential event production (notably the Wonderfruit Festival in Thailand), and environmental documentary filmmaking. The common thesis is that cultural and media assets can accelerate adoption of the sustainability technologies in which the venture portfolio invests.

There is no public evidence that KSR Ventures accepts external limited partners. The firm is organized as an asset manager but operates with the structural hallmarks of a single-family office — investing personal and family capital without disclosed fund vehicles, AUM figures, or external fundraising activity.

Deal sourcing appears to flow through Razon's personal network in climate activism and creative industries. Her involvement with the Green Warriors environmental group and Tatler Asia's Most Influential community gives her access to sustainability founders, while her festival and film partnerships — with Pete Phornprapha and Sean Lee-Davis, respectively — connect her to climate-focused media projects that often sit outside traditional venture pipelines.

There is no disclosed institutional overlap. KSR Ventures is Katrina Razon's personal investment vehicle. ICTSI and Bloomberry Resorts remain publicly listed companies controlled by her father.
