Mantucket Capital
Kenneth Tuchman established Mantucket Capital in 2007 as the vehicle for his personal capital after founding TTEC in 1982. Tuchman and his wife Debra also created the Tuchman Family Foundation in 1997. The office remains independent of TTEC Holdings and maintains its headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Mantucket executes buyouts, growth investments, direct secondaries, recapitalizations and restructurings. It has held positions in Birdcall, Turbo Terminal Tractors, CES Power, Unleashed Brands, Applejack Wine & Spirits, Actagro, Convercent and Bloom Energy. The firm has also financed oil-and-gas working interests in the Bakken and Eagle Ford basins and provided acquisition capital for the Toscana resort in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. Investments span North America with additional exposure in energy and infrastructure assets. The team includes President Wendy Wing, who joined in 1999, Partner Ian McLeod, who joined in 2017, and General Counsel Catherine Stanton, who joined in 2025. Michael Werner became Director of Finance in March 2024. Mantucket maintains philanthropic vehicles including the Tuchman Family Foundation and the TTEC Foundation. Kenneth Tuchman serves on the boards of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and Colorado Succeeds. Mantucket’s structure as a single source of capital removes typical fund-life or LP constraints. This permits decisions on industry, security type and holding period that differ from both conventional private-equity funds and multi-family offices that accept external capital.
