A third line is diplomatic infrastructure: the foundation leases Schloss Meseberg in Brandenburg to the German Federal Government, which uses the baroque palace as its official state guest house for visiting heads of state and government. The foundation's hospitality properties appear in industry networks; Hotel Goldener Engl holds Historic Hotels of Europe membership. The foundation's scale is opaque. It discloses no investable asset total, no deployment figures, and no staff headcount beyond board-level leadership. The known property portfolio spans seven named hospitality assets across five countries, plus the Manching museum facility and the Schloss Meseberg lease arrangement with the German state. Its fleet of historically significant aircraft constitutes a specialized operating asset rather than a financial holding. The lease to the Federal Government provides a distinct revenue stream not typical of family-endowed foundations.
