Deema Alyahya, formerly the first secretary-general of the Digital Cooperation Organization and CEO of Women Spark, rounds out the investment committee.

The sourcing model leans on general partners' personal networks that span two continents. Mohammed Alzubi holds membership in Sand Hill Angels, a prominent Silicon Valley angel group, and Oqal, a leading Saudi angel network. Combined with Deema Alyahya's ties to the Misk Foundation innovation ecosystem and HRH Sultan's policy and foundation board seats, the firm funnels founders from the MENA region toward US co-investors and vice versa.

Eirad Holding is the family office of HRH Sultan Bin Fahad Bin Salman Al Saud, who chairs Nama Ventures's board and serves as a general partner. Eirad provides anchor LP capital and institutional backing, but the fund is structured as a distinct venture capital vehicle with its own investment team and limited-partner base. The relationship mirrors that of a founding family office anchoring a GP entity rather than operating as a direct investment division.
