The firm co-established XPT (Nanjing) E-Powertrain Technology as a joint venture with NIO Inc. XPT manufactures electric-drive units for NIO vehicles from facilities within the Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The arrangement locks in local production employment and supply-chain spending while giving NIO a dedicated powertrain manufacturing base.

The firm's strategy tags include Fund of Funds alongside venture and expansion-stage activity, but its most visible transactions are direct joint-venture formations. Public record shows it building operating subsidiaries, not writing LP checks into external VC or PE vehicles.
