Founder and CEO Arturo Galván sets the strategic direction for Naranya Labs. Day-to-day investment execution is led by Managing Director Pablo Salazar Rojo, a Kauffman Fellow. The investment committee draws on the broader Naranya group's three decades of operating experience in Latin American digital markets.

Naranya Labs is the investment arm of Naranya, the digital ecosystem founded by brothers Arturo, Ernesto and Carlos Galván alongside Javier Salinas Maldonado. The parent company operates ad-tech, connectivity and smart-retail businesses that generate operating cash flow. That cash flow can be recycled into the Labs unit's venture investments, creating a structure that does not rely on external limited partners.
