NCR Pension Plan

The NCR Pension Plan originated as the defined benefit arrangement of NCR Corporation, now NCR Voyix Corporation. In 2023 NCR Atleos Corporation assumed the U.S. and certain international pension assets and liabilities following the corporate separation. The plan has executed two large annuity transactions. A 2023 buy-in with Pension Insurance Corporation covered benefits for approximately 5,400 UK members at an estimated £870 million. A separate single-premium group annuity with Principal Life Insurance Company secured benefits for roughly 6,000 U.S. former employees valued at $190 million. Remaining assets are deployed through limited partner commitments to Long Wharf Capital, AEW Capital Management, Ares Management, The TCW Group, Saratoga Partners IV and LGIM Diversified Fund. The plan retains Willis Towers Watson, Russell Investments and Aon Hewitt as investment advisors, Reed Smith as legal counsel and Fidelity Investments as custodian. Trustees and advisors participate in the Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association and the Pensions Management Institute. No additional offices or internal investment professionals are recorded. Governance is provided by a trustee board and a Pension and Benefits Committee that includes members from the former sponsor. External managers and advisors execute day-to-day investment and administrative functions.
