The partner group covers manufacturing, agriculture and food production, healthcare and aesthetics, professional services, industrial operations, digital marketing and telecommunications. Recent public-sector work includes advisory support for the East Micronesia Cable project.

The firm is led by its three founders — Noel Scully, John McKinstry and Andrew Jones — alongside a Board of Management that includes senior partners Gary Ayre, Andrew Dick, Glenn Mansfield and Colin Hannah. Decision-making authority sits with this group, though individual partners retain significant autonomy over their client engagements.
