## Questions

### What investment stages does NewGen Venture Partners cover?

The firm operates across early-stage seed and startup rounds, growth equity, and PIPE (private investment in public equity) transactions. This multistage mandate allows NewGen to deploy capital from a company's formation through its public listing and beyond—a structure uncommon among pure venture or pure growth investors.

### Which sectors does NewGen explicitly target?

NewGen concentrates on enterprise software, artificial intelligence and machine learning, digital health, and financial technology. These four verticals represent segments of China's tech economy where domestic demand is growing independently of US-China technology transfer dynamics, particularly as regulatory pressure accelerates indigenous innovation.

### Does NewGen disclose its assets under management?

No. The firm has not published an AUM figure in English-language filings, regulatory disclosures, or press reports. Its lightweight public footprint and lack of international institutional fundraising suggest assets are raised primarily from domestic sources, with scale remaining unconfirmed.
