Steve Camhe served as a marketing and business development partner at Redwood Distilled, a $22 million bourbon investment fund launched in 2021. Jeff Brindiamo was the General Partner and Chief Investment Officer of that same fund. Oak Proof represents a continuation of the barrel-investment strategy pioneered at Redwood Distilled, with the Camhe brothers and Brindiamo now operating under a new vehicle structure.

Oak Proof is the fund. Investors commit capital to the Oak Proof vehicle, which then deploys directly into sourced whiskey barrels. The firm does not act as a limited partner in third-party funds. Its model positions investors as direct participants in barrel ownership, with the firm handling sourcing, storage, insurance, and eventual exit on their behalf.

Membership includes priority consideration for future Oak Proof funds, curated distillery tours and events, exclusive merchandise, limited-edition barrel picks and custom bottlings, and VIP access to private Oak Proof events held in member cities.
