Co-founders Adam Niewiński and Marcin Hejka are both Managing Partners and set the firm's investment strategy. The wider partnership includes Karol Szubstarski and Wojtek Walniczek, who co-lead deal sourcing and execution alongside a team spanning offices in Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Luxembourg.

OTB focuses on early-growth deep-tech companies, specifically late-Seed and Series A rounds. The firm aims to back startups that have progressed beyond initial proof-of-concept and need scale-up capital and operational support to reach global markets.

OTB's published mandate centers exclusively on four deep-tech verticals: SpaceTech, Enterprise Automation & AI, FinTech Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. The firm does not publicly pursue consumer internet, traditional software-as-a-service without a hardware or infrastructure component, or life sciences outside its AI and automation focus.

OTB operates a three-hub network with its registered headquarters in Amsterdam, a core investment team in Warsaw, and a Luxembourg office opened in 2025 to support regional expansion. This multi-office model is designed to source technical talent in Central and Eastern Europe while accessing regulatory and institutional capital infrastructure in Western Europe.

OTB exclusively makes direct venture investments into early-growth deep-tech companies. There is no public evidence of fund-of-fund commitments or secondary LP purchases; its deployment model is built around lead or co-lead positions in late-Seed and Series A equity rounds.
