The firm invests entirely through direct seed-stage deals and follow-on rounds up to Series A, not through fund-of-fund commitments. It targets roughly 100–120 direct company investments per fund vehicle, reserving capital to cover about 20% of those companies again in later rounds.

Seed stage is the core, with follow-on allocations of up to $500,000 for companies reaching Series A. The firm requires that a product has launched and demonstrated user or customer traction before investing. It does not invest in idea-stage ventures.
