While headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan, the cluster's mandate is national, engaging partners across Canadian crop-growing and processing regions. Its Make It Here campaign specifically advocates for building processing capacity that serves the entire Canadian agrifood sector, not just Prairie production.

It is neither. The cluster is a federally backed innovation consortium that co-invests public funds alongside industry partners, functioning as a public-private matching-capital vehicle. It does not raise limited-partner capital or manage a fund in the traditional asset-manager sense.
