Reliance Foundation, the group's philanthropic arm, reports reaching approximately 86 million people, though Reliance Ventures' ties to specific programmatic allocations remain undocumented. Structurally, Reliance Ventures differs from most corporate venture arms: it focuses on hard asset development and manufacturing stakes rather than minority positions in external startups. Its portfolio is a direct expression of RIL's industrial adjacency strategy, where capital supports projects that extend the parent's operational ecosystem into industrial parks, real estate, and the metals complex.
