Adam Grayman, CFA, serves as Managing Partner & Founder and is the sole named investment decision-maker. A former investment banker and Chartered Accountant, Grayman has over two decades of experience in M&A, leveraged buyouts, and corporate finance. The firm lists no other deal professionals, though it maintains a Strategic Advisory Board of external operators available to support portfolio companies on an as-needed basis.

The firm has not publicly disclosed any fund closes, limited partners, or a formal third-party capital structure. All disclosed investments appear to be balance-sheet transactions and reinvested proceeds. This makes Silver Sail operationally distinct from blind-pool PE funds — it is not governed by a fundraising cycle, a fixed deployment period, or LP reporting requirements.

Grayman spent five years at Creo Capital, a Los Angeles advisory and private equity shop, executing transactions across industries. Earlier, he held audit and corporate finance roles at Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and Macquarie Bank. He is a CFA charterholder, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005, and completed the CAIA exams. He holds accounting degrees from the University of Johannesburg.
