SunChase Holdings was established in 1988. William A. Pope serves as CEO and owner. The underlying wealth stems from land subdivision and real estate development in Arizona and California. SunChase Capital deploys private equity and private debt in growth-stage transactions. SunChase Real Estate acquires and develops large-scale projects across multiple cycles. Confirmed holdings include Hokuli’a on Hawaii’s Big Island, City Center Airpark in Goodyear, Arizona, Scottsdale Entrada and the Mountain House master-planned community in San Joaquin County, California.
