The Clarius Group was established in 2014 by Keith Vernon and Matthew Talbot. It executes direct co-investments and SPVs, including a position in Smartsheet via Clarius Smartsheet SPV LLC. Geographic exposure centers on North America with indicated activity in Europe and Asia. The acquisition by Clearstead integrates The Clarius Group into a larger advisory platform while preserving its Seattle base and client relationships.
