## Questions

### What stages does TheNetValue target?

TheNetValue invests across seed, start-up, and growth stages. Its mandate covers early-stage companies that have not yet reached later institutional rounds. The firm's strategy documents indicate a preference for direct co-investments rather than passive fund commitments.

### Does TheNetValue participate in fund commitments or only direct deals?

TheNetValue focuses on direct co-investments and direct equity stakes in companies. There is no public indication that the firm operates as a fund-of-funds or allocates capital to third-party managers. Its strategy is built around direct engagement with portfolio companies.

### Who runs investment decisions at TheNetValue?

TheNetValue has not publicly disclosed its founding team, investment committee, or key principals. The firm maintains a minimal public footprint, and no named decision-makers appear in regulatory filings or press coverage. This opacity is common among smaller European private equity firms operating outside major financial hubs.
