### Does Tianyue Capital participate in fund commitments or only direct deals?

Based on its registered strategy — "Early Stage: Start-up, Growth, Venture (General)" — Tianyue Capital operates as a direct investor into private companies rather than a fund-of-funds allocator. There is no indication in available records of LP commitments to external venture or growth funds.

### What is Tianyue Capital's known posture on co-investments alongside external GPs?
