Treaty Oak Equity was established in 2017 by Ben Williams. It receives commitments from two large Texas single-family offices and deploys that capital through control-oriented private equity transactions. The firm targets lower-middle-market businesses and deploys capital across business services, industrials, consumer products and distribution. Investment structures include management buyouts, growth equity and succession transactions. Confirmed holdings include Boundless Network, D.J.'s Boudain, ProFire Alliance and Integrity Project Services. Realized positions include Stan's Heating & Air Conditioning and Wagner Mechanical. Activity remains concentrated in North America with repeated execution inside Texas and New Mexico. The Austin headquarters at 1012 Rio Grande houses the operating team. Ben Williams serves as managing director and founder while Chris Mason and Aaron Hamer hold managing director and operating partner titles respectively.
