The Denver properties — a medical-office portfolio and retail buildings on Madison Street — extend that logic outside Ohio, though it is unclear whether those assets are owner-occupied or third-party leased.

UC Health is the clinical enterprise affiliated with the University of Cincinnati, functioning as the health system for the university's academic medicine programs. The investment reserves are distinct from the separate University of Cincinnati Foundation endowment, though the two entities share governance ties and philanthropic overlap.
