It remains governed by a board chaired by Neil Sachdev alongside Vice-Chancellor Stuart Croft and Group Finance Director Rosie Drinkwater, with an Investment Sub-Committee chaired by Treasurer Wayne Snow overseeing deployment. The endowment blends traditional donation stewardship with direct ownership of physical assets concentrated in the West Midlands. The trust also stewards the University of Warwick Art Collection, which includes works like White Koan and Blue Wind at the Warwick Arts Centre. The university maintains institutional memberships in Midlands Innovation, the EUTOPIA European University Alliance, and The Guild of European Research-Intensive Universities. The foundation's structure represents an older model of university endowment — one that intertwines philanthropic trusteeship with physical campus development. Governance flows through a layered committee system where the Investment Sub-Committee reports into the Foundation trustees, who in turn overlap with the University Council.
