Wealthgate operates as a multi-family office established by former Südwestbank executives Christian Sammet, Dr. Michael G. Schmidt and Dr. Thomas Neis. The firm provides wealth management, investment advisory and succession planning to families and high-net-worth individuals from its base in Stuttgart. The office deploys capital across private equity, direct co-investments, real estate and proprietary funds. Confirmed holdings include positions in Day One Biopharmaceuticals and Formycon through the Wealthgate Biotech Aggressive Fund. It also manages the Globallytics Fund No. 1, which applies data and text mining, and the Wealthgate Multi Asset Fund. Geographic reach covers Europe, North America and Africa, with a 2023 direct real estate remediation and redevelopment project on a former industrial site in Salt Lake City. Assets under management stand at 473 million USD.
