## What changed

The July 2020 pre-money valuation establishes a private unicorn benchmark. A later billion-dollar funding round did not disclose a valuation in the issuer announcement used here. The June 2024 emergence changed the capital structure and supplied new funding; the $90 million of fresh capital was financing, not the price of the business.
