University Pension Plan Overview

General Information

University Pension Plan Ontario is a multi-employer pension plan established on January 1, 2020. It is a jointly sponsored pension plan where members and employers contribute equally to its funding. UPP covers employees and retired employees from founding universities, including Queen's University, University of Guelph, and University of Toronto, with additional membership from Trent University Faculty Association.
