The Vivian Beaumont Theater is a Broadway theater located in the Lincoln Center complex in New York City. Opened in 1965 and designed by Eero Saarinen, it is named after philanthropist Vivian Beaumont Allen. Operated by the nonprofit Lincoln Center Theater since 1985, it is America's largest not-for-profit theater, producing a year-round program of plays and musicals.
