General Information
The Frick Collection is an art museum and research center located in New York City, housed in the former Gilded Age mansion of industrialist Henry Clay Frick. Established in 1935, it offers intimate encounters with a world-renowned collection of European fine and decorative arts from the Renaissance through the late nineteenth century. The institution also includes the Frick Art Research Library, founded in 1920 by Helen Clay Frick.
