The Natural Resources Police Officers Retirement System (NRPORS) was established for all Natural Resources Police Officers hired on or after January 2, 2021. NRPORS currently has more than 100 active members and 10 retired members. Active members contribute 9.5% of their gross monthly salary pre-tax and the employer contributes an additional 12% of the member's gross monthly salary. A member is vested after completion of 120 months (10 years) of covered employment.
