Impellam Group began as a Luton-based staffing firm founded by Baroness Gilda Rose in 1995. The business went public on the London Stock Exchange in 2000 and later became the UK's largest specialist staffing group. The Rose family's wealth originates from this operating company. The family office invests primarily in recruitment-adjacent sectors, including professional staffing, temporary labor, and healthcare staffing.
